Rio is from the very first Alncroft litter of Miniature Wire-haired Dachshunds and is owned by his sire's owner & breeder, Zena Thorn-Andrews (Drakesleat) to whom we owe so much to for all her guidance, generosity and advice over the years. 

 'Rio' - Ch Alncroft Over the Moon Drakesleat whom at the time of writing (Nov. 17) is Top Miniature Wirehaired Dachshund Puppy and 2nd Top Male! Rio's half sister Kitkat resides with us and is handled by our daughter Amelie Smith.
